Boner of a problem

I'm having a boner of an issue with my PDA. The preset inbox program is non-existent! The icon is still there, but for some reason when I click it, nothing happens. This also happens when I try to send an email from my contacts app. I have hard-reset several times since it started happening to no avail. I have no idea what has happened and no idea how to fix it. I have other programs to use luckily and most of the time I just use google's website as I'm dead-set on gmail anymore. But this doesn't alleviate the handiness of this program at times. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Re: Boner of a problem

do you have attachments stored on storage card? go to storage card and delete a folder called inbox.blah.blah

tell me if this resolves your boner.

if it lasts for more than 4 hours you should consult your provider.

Re: Boner of a problem

I have deleted it several times to no effect but I will try again soon. I gather delete then reboot?

Edit: tried delete and reboot, no change.

Re: Boner of a problem

is your SMS inbox loading?

what icon are you clicking on to open email?

if it is, then the problem is somewhere else.. usually when outlook doesn't load it's because the inbox in storage card is corrupted.

Re: Boner of a problem

it's just a pda running wm2003, not a smartphone. heck I have to have the sd wifi card in just to be mobile lmao... was supposed to be wifi but ended up with a bluetooth version lmao.
I use the preset icon in the program settings to load it up. the inbox is on the flash rom drive so corruption from card is kinda out.

Yea, your best bet would be to do backup and hard reset. And yea, if that boner doesn't go away after 4 hrs, you should consult your provider

Re: Boner of a problem

have done that several times since this issue started, not fixed. I would hate to have to reinstall all these programs and contacts (though I realize AS can do a bit of it) just for a program I wouldn't use a lot. I'd rather bugger around then deal with that even bigger boner. It has to be a registry setting or something!
