Unable to open attachment from Outlook

Hi all

Pocket Outlook don't open more directly nobody attachment.
When I tap on the attachment, a popup say "Impossible to show the attach".
I must save it and launch from file browser to open.
(I set the option to store the attach on sd card).
Maybe I delete somethink in the windows folder (???) to cleanup the old messages stored in ram...
Does anyone know the name of the file(s) to restore from an old backup (or from a clean backup after hard reset) to fix this annoying issue?
...or another way to resolve it?

TIA

(Treo750v- wm5)

I think that's the way it's supposed to be since WM won't store files on RAM while it opens them and that's why they need to be saved.

Maybe files like pictures you will be able to, but I've never been able to open ZIP or CAB attachments from POutlook, always had to save them.

I was able to open all the (supported) files before, like zip, rar, cab, etc..If the attachment was stored in merory card or phone.
Now I can't open nobody (no gif, no jpg, nothing
I don't know what's happened, but I think that I can copy the original setting (or file) from a c/windows/??? (after hard reset) and then paste it after a complete restore of my configuration, to resolve the issue.

But I don't know what and where are this original file/settings in the windows folder. Anyone know this?

btw thanks for your replay

go to where ever you have your attachments stored to. if you didnt touch anything, it should be in your documents folder with a folder named Inbox.msta298 or something similar. you have to use your built in file explorer or another explorer like resco or total commander

thanks sonin for your reply.
I know that I go into this folder I find the attachment, but the problem is that I don't open it directly from pocket outlook, like before.

btw there is no problem. In the next days I'll hard reset my treo and all will goes well...

and I'm testing the new FlexMail beta and I think that this app will be my favorite client email.
this new release works, finally, well on my treo
