batterystatus popup nag screen

lately I've been getting a nag screen from batterystatus that basically says "batterystatus is sharewar. please continue to enjoy it".... can someone tell me how to get rid of this annoyance?

Even shareware can have nags. Remember, the developers are hoping you'll like the program so much after trying it, that you'll be willing to pay some of your hard earned cash to get rid of the nags, activate extra or blocked functionality, etc. While it may not be time limited like some programs are, you still have to pay to get the full use of the program. Now, freeware, on the other hand...

Let me rephrase.. the developer states clearly, all over his site, as well as in the popup that the software is free... but he calls it shareware.

Its in the thread over at XDA. Just download the latest version, install and the nag goes away. I tried it about a week ago and its been working perfectly with no nags.
