I stumbled across this and installed it. basically looks like a widget manager but I haven't played with it much yet. I will report back later. check it out.

I downloaded it off of Microsoft's website, they had it for free for a while. It did not work well, it looks nice, but not all the "widgets" worked and only some would update.
