Help for HTC Home w/ 6 tabs

I have heard of alot of people having trouble getting the home plugin and HHC to work properly.

I use this cab pretty sure I got it at xda but I cant find the right one now. Ill attach it here. I have never had any of the problems people are talking about using this version. Ive installed on the 6700 now on my mogul never any problems.

Only thing you have to do is install this before you install HHC. Make sure you soft reset after install like it prompts. Then install HHC. Has worked flawlessly like that for a few months including several reinstalls after rom upgrades etc.

Also if you cook your own roms it wont work right either if you include it in the rom you have to install from a cab after upgrade.

HTC Home was missing / did not show the contacts and or the music tab.

I used the cab linked above and then experienced the same effect of HTC Home Customizer(HHC) v1.0Final no longer affecting the display of the HTC home

After Reinstalling the HHC cab the settings began to take effect again.

so to fix this probelm if you already have HTC Home and HHC installed

1. download and install HTC.Kaiser.Home.Eng.0409.6Tab.schen.cab (this Cab is for a Kaiser but functions fully on my Titan)

2. if you installed a touch flo cube and are not seeing the contacts tab: "to get the sixth tab working, you have to delete a quickdial string in your registry:
HKLM/Software/OEM/MASD/Quickdial

delete the whole "Quickdial" , not only the DWORD"

3. Reinstall the latest versions of HHC from this page

if you are installing fresh just install the kaiser tweaked HTC Home cab first , edit the reg, and then install HHC
