Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)

I sincerely hope that C-ApiSRO gets the needed log-in update which would allow it to keep working. It was my favorite of the Sirius/XM apps. Where is R-Capi?

He's moved on to Android according to someone a few pages back. He was trying to get C_api's source code but nothing yet has been noted above it. In the meantime, there's at least a couple of decent ways to get sirius online.

SelectRadio works really well for both Sirius and XM...I just got an updated version yesterday that includes the patch for the streaming changes...

You have access to the source code if you want.

1. Download reflector from here: http://www.red-gate.com/products/reflector/
2. Open the C-ApiSRO.exe file that gets installed on the phone.
3. Open with Visual Studio C#.
4. Convert the code to compact framework.
5. Fix the login stuff.
6. Become a hereo.

I appreciate the offer to become a hero, however... theres a better chance of the world really ending 12/21/2012 than of me getting this to work.... I'm lucky I can d/l a cab and get it working correct! I was just noting a post from pages back where someone noted they were gonna contact R-Capi about using his source code, not that I'm looking for it. Heck, I became a hero today at work showing your app to a buddy of mine at work and getting it d/l'd on his phone so he can listen to Howard again without having to pay for Select Radio!

I already did it, but thanks! I told a buddy I work with about that but he seemed a little gun shy.
