Pic Mail (US Cellular HTC6800)

Is anyone working on a picture mail program for US Cellular?
I'm interested in trying to help with it if I can.

I'm tired of having to go to the web to view picture mail as it comes in.
I know how to send it via e-mail, but would rather it come in like the non-ppc phones do.
