Backup software

Is Sprite or Spb backup worth paying for or should I get a freeware? Thanks!

Both have their pluses and minuses. I would start by running a search on both "Sprite" and "SPB". I know there have been numerous discussions on both and there are some threads out there with some good info.

IIRC Sprite comes free with Sprint phones. I've used both and right now prefer SPB Backup.
