Wisbar CAB installer

Anybody happen to have a can installer for Wisbar Advance 3.x and Wisbar Advance Destop?

just browse to that site from your phone, and you can download it over the air, they have a desktop and over the air installer(.cab)

does wisbar performe the same as quickmenu? and does it have a hibernate option?
