i believe Orb facilitates a connection to your home connection and none of the actual bandwidth is routed through their central servers.

And RE: Sprint thresholds, i believe they are a bit more lenient but they do catch the occasional tetherer..

Well I dont have to worry because there are guys on here that have been using it for months and havent been picked on so I would hope I'm good to go.
