Need some help with HTC Home & threaded messaging

I am sure the answer was buried somewhere in the many searches I tried, but how do I get the middle "text messege" notification to map to threaded sms instead of text message app

Re: Need some help with HTC Home

I was just looking at the cab file to see if I could find anything that I was able to change. I couldnt find it but there has to be something.

As an option you could install wm6.1. It has threaded text itself and I know for sure that it goes to that when you hit the middle icon. I had 6.1 running nice on my 6700 but I had to take it off because Im always in the sprint service store now. Some people are having trouble running 6.1 on the apache however it ran fine on mine.

Hope that helps.

This was helpful even though it doesn't get it to work on my phone. I was under the impression that it would be an easier fix than upgrading to WM6. Thanks for the reply

It is pretty easy..If you upgraded to wm6 with the kitchen.
If not it would seem hard though.

If you installed wm6 with an install package type thing. Then I believe there also is some people that are making those same things for wm6.1 now.
