Video To GIF convertor
Anyone know any good programs to convert some of my videos to GIF's so I can make a custom GIF for my slide2unlock program?

For a simple one-step process, your going to have to start with an .avi video file.
Any converters I've come across will not work with other video formats. I use GIF MOVIE GEAR (google it). Last I checked, it was rated the best in performance and quality. Also there is a free one month trial with no limitations (like watermarks or max file size, that other shareware hit you with).
