SOLVED

Cut vistahide from the startup folder, then paste it into the My Documents folder on the device, NOT the storage card. (I tried this earlier and it doesn't fix it)

Soft reset you device, vistahide no longer will show up and you can delete it from the my documents folder.

(And I just realized that I misspelled rid and wrote ride in the title, man I really look dumb to the whole community.)
