mRing4 problems, can't get rid of a ring tone

I installed mRing4 to my treo 750V so I could play mp3 ringtones, I got the iphone tone and installed it, but it was not to my liking so I changed it back to the default treo tone and removed the program as it was only a trial.
Problem is, now I still get the ring tone when someone calls, I've checked phoneAlarm (also installed) and that's set to the default tone, and the system settings say it's set to the default treo tone too, I re-installed the mRing app to double check It hadn't left any settings but it was set to the default tone.
Why can't I get rid of the iphone tone???????????????????
