S2V has zoom. You just hit up on your d pad to zoom and double tap the screen to zoom out. It's in his FAQ on xda.

Don't forget about XNView Pocket. Its a nice freeware picture viewer, and it has alot of added features as well.. I use this in conjunction with S2V.
