This is the next response from sprint, after I told them that I just wanted to access the website, as opposed to the service:

"Thank you for replying. I understand your inquiry about getting access
to the Picture Mail website.

The account reflects that the picture mail service is active. However,
the handset active is not picture mail capable.

Unfortunately, if the handset is picture mail capable, then only you can
access the picture mail website. Otherwise the picture mail website
cannot be accessed. This is the reason you are not able to access the
picture mail website."

Any other ideas?
