Wisbar Advance 3.1

I installed wisbar advance 3.1 and like it (i think) but I've got a question. The start menu on the screen brings up the cascading start menu (ie like a pc) but when I hit the windows button on the keypad it brings up the start menu like when wisbar is not installed. Is there something I need to do so the two bring up the same cascading menu? thanks

Re: Wisbar Advance 3.1

You need to assign it to the Windows (start) button.

Start > Settings > Personal (Tab) > Buttons

If the Windows button is not on the list you need a program like AEButtonPlus to assign it.

That's what I'm confused about! the windows button is already assigned to the start button(I just checked again)......when I push the windows button on the keyboard it's like it doesn't acknowledge wisbar is installed, however when I use the stylus wisbar works

Re: Wisbar Advance 3.1

I think that there is a seeting within WB3 that allows you to override the start menu.

Their is, but when ever I used WA in the past the setting never worked. I always did it the way I mentioned above.

Re: Wisbar Advance 3.1

You need to set the windows button to Cascading Start Menu as Budney has stated.

Now that I think of it, you're right. I could never get that without changing the button!
