You need to assign it to the Windows (start) button.
Start > Settings > Personal (Tab) > Buttons If the Windows button is not on the list you need a program like AEButtonPlus to assign it. ![]()

That's what I'm confused about! the windows button is already assigned to the start button(I just checked again)......when I push the windows button on the keyboard it's like it doesn't acknowledge wisbar is installed, however when I use the stylus wisbar works
