Cool program. Wish Mortplayer 3.3 would play without skipping like this does.
Attached is CAB version with updated instructions for CAB installation.
Edit: with Omnia and Mortplayer 3.31b77 on 6.5, no problemo.)

Thanx to BigJ's Kitchen Walkthrough for info on how to get CABs from PC .exe versions. I start the installation, and after I am asked to select where I want to install a program, I switch to Total Commander on my PPC, search to Windows/AppMgr/Install, find the CAB and copy to clipboard, and save it in my Storage Card. (Apache)
Attached Files
File Type: zip pPod with CAB.zip (307.5 KB, 363 views) Click for barcode!

Re: Turn your PPC into an iPod

The keygen is one of the programs in the zip. It creates a false interface which creates a key, then you put the key in the real program. I tried to clarify this in the attachment above that includes a CAB file. Here is the text:

1. Unzip
2. Transfer and Install the Cab on PPC.
3. Transfer the "key4pBop.exe" file from PC to the same pPod folder in PPC.
4. Run it, (NOT the pPod.exe) [Register in this simulated version] input any key; you will be given your own real key
5. Register the real key in the real pPod.exe program.
4. Enjoy

Re: Turn your PPC into an iPod

When I run "key4pBop" and hit Register. It says Failed to get Owner Name! and a box where you enter the 5 digits. Once I hit ok on the top right corner it still says "Sorry, Registration failed!"

Update:
If you are having problems with the keygen make sure you put a name in the "Owner Information" on your home screen. Once I put my name I was able to pull the 5 digit keys.

Re: Turn your PPC into an iPod

Sounds like a really cool program. I am going to install it tonight. Now I won't have to lug my ipod with me everywhere. I can just use mogul for everything. This is really cool.
Did you guys install it on the storage card or on the device? I am going to put my music on the storage card so I should install the program on the storage card right?

Re: Turn your PPC into an iPod

Does anyone else have pPod crash on them? It's registered no problem, opens no problem, browse no problem, but when I try to actually play an MP3 or WAV it crashes.

Edit: BTW, official 3.35 ROM.

Edit2: Out of nowhere it's stopped crashing and plays music now... Weird.

Re: Turn your PPC into an iPod

The last file you opened IS the .cab file. If it doesn't have .cab at the end, change the extension. Then copy it to your phone and install.
