Trying to make a back button. I need help

I don't know if I am posting this here in the right section but I am trying to make a back button for my Iphone theme. I made one from cprog.exe file. but I can not figure out the one to go back. If some one could help me that would be great.

Also if there is a slider feature so I can scroll true my apps that would be great.
