We received this suggestion from quite a few people, and we will indeed add some kind of command/option to add all contacts at once, together with the ability to filter contacts by category (or add by category).

As it is now, this is probably the best way to proceed:

• start by adding to Face Contact the contacts you call most frequently
• whenever you need to call or communicate with a contact that's not in the list, instead than opening the Contacts application, use the "Add Contact" command to add it to the list (the number of taps/keystrokes involved is the same as picking the contact from the Contacts app)

This way your Face Contact list will steadily grow based on the contacts you actually interact with.
