I don't think HTC has released coding for developers on the camera so you are very unlikely to see and 3rd party camera or webcam software like Coolcamera for the PPC-6700.

have you looked at http://www.comvu.com/
basically turns your phone into a webcam without pc client software, all you have to do is install the program on the phone. it streams the video from your phone built-in cam to a webpage. |

No sebo, I haven't tried that yet but I'll check it out the problem is if I have the camera on the phone pointed at me so my children can see me, I can't see the screen on my phone to see them. I figured an outside webcam might work....with an adapter for the cable but as the previous person pointed out, it may not support the software.

Varaff, as funny as that sounds it may be the only thing that works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm checking out comvu right now, but I run mobile 6, their only options are for 5, think that will be a conflict??
