alright caddie try this.
I found a better way after I wrote the tutorial.
When you have the original up. Select all. Then use the fuzzy select tool remove the parts of the pic you dont want to copy. Then copy whats left over to the tranparent background.

Either that or the images you are starting with are too small. I have that problem sometimes I cant get a clean line around the image it looks all messed up. OHHH and try and turn down the threshold on the fuzzy select tool.

Ill take a look at the marlins one. Right Now.

But First heres the Padres Icon Set.

HEY REEG!!! i gotta litte pissed off with those marlins one...and i ended up getting side tracked...i made a SIMPSONS set haha...i was having so much trouble with the marlins and plus i hate them cuz they are in the division with the braves haha...so i made something for myself...and the problem i had with the marlins i ran into with barts eyes...so i took some the threshold out, took it down to like 25 and it worked like a champ...51.0 is way to much on some of the pics...im so glad u and i figured it out tho...its been causing me headaches...anyways check these out and see what u think...sorry to get side tracked and to hijack ur thread with something other then MLB sets

Hey I already fixed that marlins one..

I was going through all the sets so I can put them on the repo and the pic you have with the red sets isnt the pic from that actual set. It looks like you updated the pic and not the folder after you fixed it or something.

So two left Rockies and Nationals which one do you want.
