yea all these...plus the nationals...i never redid those yet...so add those to the list...im working on the marlins right now

Here is the Tigers Set..

The statue in the set is of Ernie Harwell...a long time announcer for the Tigers.

alright caddie try this.
I found a better way after I wrote the tutorial.
When you have the original up. Select all. Then use the fuzzy select tool remove the parts of the pic you dont want to copy. Then copy whats left over to the tranparent background.

Either that or the images you are starting with are too small. I have that problem sometimes I cant get a clean line around the image it looks all messed up. OHHH and try and turn down the threshold on the fuzzy select tool.

Ill take a look at the marlins one. Right Now.

But First heres the Padres Icon Set.

Here is the fixed icons for the Marlins.

I see what you mean caddie..Try and copy it to the transparent layer they way I was saying in the previous posts...

Thats what I had to do get them to work.

Caddie Im gonna stop now untill I hear for you because we are getting close I dont want to be working on the same set.

Only ones Im showing that are left are the Rockies and Nationals.

HEY REEG!!! i gotta litte pissed off with those marlins one...and i ended up getting side tracked...i made a SIMPSONS set haha...i was having so much trouble with the marlins and plus i hate them cuz they are in the division with the braves haha...so i made something for myself...and the problem i had with the marlins i ran into with barts eyes...so i took some the threshold out, took it down to like 25 and it worked like a champ...51.0 is way to much on some of the pics...im so glad u and i figured it out tho...its been causing me headaches...anyways check these out and see what u think...sorry to get side tracked and to hijack ur thread with something other then MLB sets

Hey I already fixed that marlins one..

I was going through all the sets so I can put them on the repo and the pic you have with the red sets isnt the pic from that actual set. It looks like you updated the pic and not the folder after you fixed it or something.

So two left Rockies and Nationals which one do you want.

I just put them in the repo...Whats up caddie what are you working on. I already got all the other pics all set to put in the repo. I just waiting on these last two.
