Contacts with pictures not syncing

I'm having problems syncing contacts from my phone to Exchange using active sync. All the contacts that I have updated with pictures using PocketCM are failing to sync back to the exchange server. If I delete them all from exchange and restore using PIMBackup, they're fine in my phone, but all the ones I've updated are missing from Exchange.

I'm using PocketCM v0.20, ActiveSync 4.5.0 on a Sprint Titan running the new 3.35 rom. However I had the same problem on both no2chem 6.1 roms and the nextvision's hybrid. This isn't a huge deal, but its really starting to annoy me. I haven't been able to find any answers anywhere thus far...

I still haven't found anything about this...although it sounds like it happens with notes attached to contacts also. Another note...this happens regardless of if I'm sync'ing via USB or via directpush.

This also happens to me with my sprint touch and when i use active sync. I will get some of my contacts with pictures in the speed dialer deleted from my contact list. Have no ideas...

had this problem before...solved it by deleted ALL the contact on my phone, then in outlook, putting in the contact photos, and whatever other info I wanted/needed, then resyncing my phone. It was weird though, before, I had some contacts that worked (synced properly), some that didn't. Really, really annoying...
