Slick IM 0.39 Initiates Data connections

I didn't see it in his changes list but I'm noticing whenever I try to connect with slick ver 0.39 it will initiate a data connection on its own. this was a pet peeve of mine with slick. And he fixed the online buddy detection with AIM. You can add buddies since 0.38 too. It's really starting to shape up.
