They are designed to be installed from the computer. Run the .exe on the computer and then sync the phone. This should install them over active sync.

when you extract them, don't drag them to activesync. run them on your pc. you will get an installshield box and whatnot. follow the instuctions it gives you. then, the next time you sync your ppc using activesync it will install them to the device. if this dosn't work refer to wldthing842's post (#3). he is refering to a file that does not get installed. you just move it over to the device, click it and it runs. if none of this works, post one of the zip files and we'll see what the hangup is.
