Phone Tap Program?

Hey does anyone know if there is any program out there that can detect whether or not your phone is being tapped?

I dont know of any program that can detect it, but if you are in a position where it is possible or probable, dont forget to turn your phone off and remove the battery when you are talking to someone or about something you wouldnt want the authorities hearing. They have developed the ability to listen to your microphone in your phone even when the phone is off.
