I have a sprint touch and I wanna edit my mp3s on my device to make my own ringtones instead of doing it on the computer. Is there a program that can do this??

htc audio manager...Play the file then hit menu on bottom right. Set as ringtone. Then it lets you trim it on the next screen to where ever you want.

Does this also work on the 6 button tab version of HTC Home? I don't see the option.... thanks... searching but not finding what i need....

You have to make sure that your in audio manager. Most of the time by default from the music tab of HTC Home it will take you to windows media player. If thats the case you could choose audio manager from your programs if you have it installed.
You could get the cab on this site somewhere.

If you wanted to, the customizer has an option to make the HTC audio manager your default plugin music tab if you have audio manager installed.

i tried to install the HTC audio manager with the new sprint update, i keep getting an error message saying there's a problem installing the program into my mogul/6800.

Help, ASAP

I have not gotten audio manager to work in 6.1. I havent tried the new update though.
That might be a possible cause.
