free program to determine memory 'hogs'?

Is there a free program out there that will show you the largest hogs of memory in you phone? I've only got about 6 meg free of program storage.

Also, can someone explain the numbers that windows shows you? Under STORAGE is shows TOTAL 49mb, and INUSE 43mb. Then under PROGRAM is shows TOT 48mb and INUSE 20mb. Does this mean I have a overall total of 97mb (49 + 4? And how is the split between the two determined?

I'm on my first Windows Mobile device (newbie) so I'm not sure how to interpret this or locate the biggest users of the STORAGE TOTAL number.
