Re: Instant Messaging -which one are you using?

Have used IM+ a ton, but quit IMing as much recently. Seems like I'm going to have to give Slick a try, though... downloading now.

Re: Instant Messaging -which one are you using?

well, slick is an awesome program...but when my unit "powers down" i get disconnected.

Must I ALWAYS leave the mogul on, draining my battery??

I need an always on solution..is there a workaround? thanks

under menu>config do you have auto-reconnect checked? that may be your problem.

when my apache goes to standby, mine would always disco until i checked that option. now it rarely does and if/when it does it reconnects once i 'power up'.

Re: Instant Messaging -which one are you using?

Well I went from paying every month for Agile the BEST f the paid ones, it doesn't disconect when u get a call...to an Im+, HORRIBLE support, and it cuts off when u get a phone call. To Slick...hands down the best free program even the smileys are animated!!! Only problem...Damn battery is drained beyond belief!!! Luckily I dropped my mogul in the toilet and it went to ****, so Soprint sent a replacement, and i kept my old battery
