I just received a PPC 6700 and want to move different items on the Today screen. Can I add certain files to that area or can the Today screen not be edited? Thanks for any help.

You can customize your today screen to your hearts content. You must use plug-ins to accomplish this. Look at the frequently requested software thread for some ideas. You might also look at the post your today screens to get an idea of what some people are doing.

try HTC HOME plug-in and customizer. it is really good, and very customizable. you can alway put different thems for the back ground as well. http://www.pocketpcscreens.com/
