mp4 player

I recently downloaded tcpmp. I had it when I used palm OS on my E2. It was a wonderful player. I downloaded it for windows mobile but it wont play an mp4. I get a message saying

"Player: MPEG4 AAC Audio decoder not included! It was removed from the official install package because of intellectual property considerations."
Then my screen gets lines and then appears to have a seizure.

If anyone knows how to fix this, or another worthy video player, please help.
