Backup wireless offsite Not FTP

Looking for wireless offsite backup program that checks for changes in handheld and backs it up throughout the day. I do not want merely an FTP site to transfer files. If needed, restoring should be simple choosing either a full restore or partial. Choosing between different backup dates if archived would nice also. Is there such a thing? There use to be one for the palm.
