Microsoft Voice Command v1.5 - Help!!! S.O.S.!!!!

I have MSVC v1.5. But I am having trouble with the volume level on the voice announcements over the ringtone. The phone volume is all the way up. Even with the ringtone set to none, it is very low.

Any suggestions.

2 things quickly I can suggest.

Press volume up on the side and make sure BOTH meters are all the way up.

Go into Windows Media and arrow up THAT volume to 100% as well.

I am using the 6700 with alltel. I have the volume all the way up and turned wmp all the way up. slight volume increase, not much though.

I have tried changing all the settings. It seems a little bit louder. Any other suggestions. Could it be my version of MSVC? This is the version that I have
