Resco Photo Viewer had some editing options.

Quote:

Despite the word "Viewer" in its name, Resco Photo Viewer contains several image editing features as well.
After entering the Edit mode, the application offers the possibility to crop the image area and change the image resolution. Moreover it is possible to adjust the contrast, brightness and gamma correction.
Once the image is ready, it can be saved in one of 3 common image formats (JPG, PNG, BMP).

good look on this one man. I had it a long time ago when I had my Treo 700wx, but never had the chance to really play around with it. Tipping the scales on this one. Thanks.

IMO there are two that are real good. The first editor is Conduits Pocket Artist the other is GVMobile Pocket Brush. Both of these programs are like mini phoshop apps. They are not free but both have trails so you can give them a whirl

Re: Picture editing app???

I use VSPainter LE. It's a fun little app. Sometimes my girlfriend and I doodle pictures on it when we are killing time waiting at a restaurant or on the metro.
