Custom Weather source for canadians

I have written a template file for custom weather source to use with SBP WEATHER app.
WIth this you can pull weather information from weatheroffice.gc.ca

To find city code go to your cities weather information page from weatheroffice.gc.ca

or example
http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/city/..._metric_e.html

in this case your city code is ab-55

note : sbp weather is not capable of showing current conditions. To overcome this i am using the first day info as current weather.. so under first day or today you will see temp -23/-23 .. that means current temp is -23.


i can not upload a tpl file, so please remove txt extension
