I have no problem with that. I'm not doing anything deceptive. I just want these creeps as accountable for their words as I am. If I want to cancel a service and not be charged for it, I don't want them accusing me that they have no record of it. I'll take the recording and go to the nearest office and dispute it. Its always convenient that they will record my conversation but there is never a record of it.
