now just out of curiosity is there anything for the samsung ace? i just bought it for my third line because i have the touch, mogul, instinct, so i got this can any1 help?

Any chance of finding a program that will record a phonecall? I'm tired of dealing with customer support and them recording my conversation, telling me one thing, and when I go to dispute it they suddenly have no record of it. I want to be able to provide evidence of the conversation.

even so. you may want to check the legality of doing so- they tell you they might be recording because they are required to-you may be held to the same requirements...
