Are you talking about a "task manager"? THere are many task managers you can download. I want to say Windows Mobile 6.1 has one intergrated into it that is pretty decent.

Maybe HTC Task Manager is what you are referring too? You might do a search for that and give that a try

Re: Commonly requested & popular software/applications

I'm looking for an app that will keep the display turned off no matter what, maybe except for an incoming phone call. I looked at ScreenToggle, but that's not going to do what I want. The problem is that there is one town I visit often to see a friend, and in her area my screen constantly turns on every few minutes. I called sprint about it and they say if the phone goes in and out of service very quickly, the screen will turn on. I'm not too sure about that, I don't get any audible tone signaling my phone lost service. I think it might have to do with the fact that she is right near an airport and planes are always flying low overhead... not sure, though. Anyway, I have a Sprint Touch Pro running the stock rom. Thanks!

Ok, this is not real solution for your problem, but maybe will work, because it is feature of Sportypal, sports workout tracking application, you can download it on www.sportypal.com.

how it works about your problem, during the workout screen should be off because of saving the bateries, and application doing it automaticly, so you can start application put it behind and it will take care od your screen, when ring come it will ringing and start screen, when you finished application will take care to close the screen.....in mean time you can use it for improuvment you fit.

Re: Commonly requested & popular software/applications

I looked through most of the listing and did not see the one app I really would like. Anyone know of a free password protector like eWallet?
