There are several, GPStoday is pretty impressive, but pretty complicated as well. You could just use Googlemaps or live search and tag your location with that.

neudof, if you use GPSToday for this purpose, you also get the option to join the "fishing spots" group which was started by a GPSToday user. You could either keep your tagged locations private, or share them with others. You can also share pictures of your catch immediately after the fact like some users have done.
