Neodorian.... once again I am using your post as a starting point.
You are quite correct in your points (again...well worded), but this supposed 'Miss E' never stated WHO she was, WHY she was there, or any type of substance to her posts other than the rules of that code....which anyone can look up. Our biggest beef with her was the calous, rude, unprofessional way she went about it. If she had taken a writing lesson from you it may have ended differently, or even better...taken it up with A_C one-on-one.....To be quite honest, if I was attacked like A_C was, I would have done the same thing he did just our of spite to her!! She never proved her cause, so why should he have giver her all his work instead of closing shop and starting from scratch?
Granted the codes ruled said he should have shared, but he claimed he missed that point, and if he did or not isn't the point, she went about it in an entirely wrong way!!!
