Please help this NEWBIE!!!

I love my HTC Touch but I have some issues...

I want to listen to my favourite radio station by streaming live through their website. When I click on to listen live I get a message that I need FLASH PLAYER...I cannot download this to my HTC Touch...I get a message stating that it is not compatible with my device. Is there a download out there somewhere? What are my alternatives and how to I access them?

What downloads/add-ons do i need to watch TV, MOVIES?
Also I need a link to FREE stuff!!! Games, Apps etc

Please direct me to the best resources!!! PLEASE!!!

As a new user you will find that both using the search feature and browsing the forums will be your best tools to find what you are looking for.

Find the Adobe Flash Player 7 for PPC here: LINK (this is the latest version for PPC).

For everything else, I recommend you use the search feature, there are many recommendations, both free and paid, spread through all the forums.
