Re: New PPC Browser : Skyfire - MERGED

I wish Skyfire would take an hour or so to update their blog and FAQ to let us who are still waiting know what to expect. I remain enthusiastic, but I'm disappointed not to be working with this very exciting browser. I hope they're not running into any problems--I'm certainly pulling for them. We NEED a browser like this on PPCs and Smartphones.

Question A Note to Skyfire Testers

To anyone testing Skyfire:

DISCLAIMER: If you're under an NDA, please don't violate its terms.

Now, for the question... It's been 12 days since invites AFAIK. Does everything seem normal with the browser if you're continuing to use it? Could it be Skyfire is having capacity issues or other unforseen technical problems? I'm trying to fight off a sinking feeling that maybe it's not working out.

Re: New PPC Browser : Skyfire - MERGED

What NDA? They would have made us sign it when signing up. They sent a sms to people when they were chosen to participate.

It is a little disheartening to see that only a very limited number of people have been asked to start using skyfire. Something has to be going wrong. If there are no more signups by the end of this week/weekend then i think it is safe to assume it is going to be sometime mid march or later.

Re: New PPC Browser : Skyfire - MERGED

I guess I'm looking for some reassurance that things are going OK. I'm more patient than I probably seem... I assume we'll get some info and more invites soon.

Assuming can be a very dangerous thing. I prefer hoping and praying.
