Ok... I'm on a MAC and I had to use Opera to download this program.

But now I get network error when I enter my info. I'm suppose to use the same username & password as if I'm signing on to sprint.com to review my bill right? If this is the case then I did that! Thanks!

After reading through the post...I'm not sure if it makes a diff... but I have a Better business account with sprint.
