Weird Stuff Under 'My Device'... Can I Delete These??

Okay, this is probably a really dumb question, so you may laugh at me if you wish....but....

There are all these files under 'My Device' on my Mogul, and I'm wondering if I can just delete them. For some reason it just bugs me, 'cause it feels like there's just a bunch of junk on my phone...

(I'm sure you know this, but the files/items in question have been highlighted...)
