Handmark makes a Monopoly for WM devices but it isn't free. I have seen 'cracked' versions on search sites but PPCGeeks does not support or condone those activities on this site.

I play [and enjoy] VERY few PPC games, but I have to say, Handmark's monopoly is fantastic. Worth every penny.
