Sorry im Rather Slow.. What does this Actually Stop on the Screen.. (KB)?

this adds a blank keyboard that doesnt take up any space on the screen, so when u click on a text field the onscreen keyboard doesnt pop up.

So how do you get a keyboard so you can fill in the text field?
