New Claunch 12.04 fixes start up bug

Claunch 12.03 often won't refresh on the Today screen, or has other start up issues. 12.04 seems to fix them.

I use Claunch without tabs, and use only 1 small row on my Today screen, but I can quickly get to 34 program launch icons. Press the empty space at the end of the row of icons, it switches to the next category of icons. I only use four categories, but there are many more available.
