Question Looking for the opposite of Logmein.com

I couldn't find a better way to word it but is there a solution available that lets you control your ppc from anywhere on the net? Example situation would be I left my phone at home and need to access a file from it or check for text messages. Any ideas?

Yeah, hopefully one day I'll get an invite. But I still would like to know if there's an application that basically does everything that MyMobile does except over the net.

Another great application would be if someone stole your phone and you wanted to restrict access or do other things on your phone to render it inoperable.

You'd have to somehow get your phone to establish a wifi or cellular internet connection on it's own.

I love the concept but they suck with their invites, I signed up eons ago & still nothing.

Nothing chronological about the damn thing...

Sounds like you need Remote Mobile Desktop... get it? instead of Remote Desktop Mobile? hardy har har...

anyway dashwire is probably your best bet. although they are being extremely annoying with their "exclusive invitations"

easy .. send passcode via text messaging to initiate wireless connection or disable your phone.

There actually is software that if you txt message your phone it will lock it and or turn it off. Forgot where I saw it, but I did see it when looking for something else.

Happy hunting!

Yeah, hopefully Dashwire will send me an invite soon. I just thought of another use for this. Say you have small children (like I do) and they decide to play hide-n-seek with your phone. You left it on vibrate and can't hear where it is. Wouldn't it be nice to log into your phone, set the ringer to full volume, place a call and hear where your phone is???
