i have an app that the trial expired, do i need to delete something in the reg in order to use it again?

What app are you talking about? And yes, most times there is an entry in the reg that the app will use to determine trial expiration info.

I agree with Coz, but as he asked...which app it is makes all the difference in the world. There are some that nothing short of a hard reset will enable again, where others....well some are so well priced....is it really worth it to play games with the trial?

Plus....depending on the app, there is most likely a freeware out there comperable or sometimes even better that the purchase app!!!!

Let us know the app, and I am sure between Coz, and the other guru's in here you can get fixed up quick!!!!

well, I'm not the op, but is there anything else uot there that mimics pie+. Tabbed browsing is my biggest thing (or multiple instance browsing), I also kinda like the translate this page feature.

I haven't found any other convenient way to understand the babble of other language sites (chinese and russian mostly).

But when it all comes down to it I don't feel pie+ is as polished as it should be by now (too much junk in the way of efficient use).

Any other thoughts, or is there a known reg entry to get rid of to try it again?

Two apps, MobiCall (allows me to block outgoing calls and texts, plus incoming calls and texts, the outgoing part is vital) and Vito Audio Notes (record phone calls). Ive been looking for free versions but nada

I looked in the reg but didnt find anything, maybe looking in the wrong place?

Well...I use this one myself for incomming calls, but I have to admit...I never thought of blocking outgoing:

Yeah, I am not sure why I would want to block outgoing calls. If you dont want them called just dont call.

For tabbed browsing try MultiIE. It's basically a plug-in for PIE.

look for NFBrowser. i tried opera, picsel, and all the other browsers but this one was the best. u can adjust the fonts on the web page, chose weather to load the full page or fast render, ext. disable/enable pictures and animations, tabbed browsing, thumb nail favorites, web page translations, EXT EXT EXT!! give it a try
